What you will do

• Manage and scale a team of field service engineers focused on enterprise technology strategy.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to align technical strategy with complex deal cycles.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to C-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
• Guide team efforts in resolving security, compliance, and architectural blockers for hirify.global enterprise deployments.
• Foster talent development and performance management within the Enterprise segment.
• Influence multi-year enterprise transformation plans through technical expertise and industry insights.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with business proficiency in French.
• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical sales, or related industry roles.
• 6+ months of experience in formal or informal leadership (mentoring, coordinating work, or managing outcomes).
• Understanding of DevOps, Software Development Lifecycle, Application Security, and CI/CD.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region.
• Experience navigating complex governance structures within large enterprise organizations.
