What you will do

• Develop features across the full stack using Python (FastAPI) and React (TypeScript).
• Integrate AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot into the daily development workflow.
• Translate product requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure platform stability.
• Monitor deployed features and resolve technical debt or performance issues.
• Collaborate closely with the CIO to align development with business goals.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional development experience in fullstack roles.
• Solid understanding of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript in production environments.
• Active experience using AI-assisted development tools in your daily workflow.
• Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-heavy remote environment.
• Ability to manage own time effectively and work self-motivated.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and web application architecture.

Nice to have

• Proven experience with FastAPI or React.
• Experience building or shipping AI-assisted side projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, SEO, or B2B marketing tech.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
