What you will do

• Take full ownership of paid social campaigns, specifically within Meta Ads Manager.
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from initial setup and audience targeting to scaling and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand standards.
• Execute rigorous A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and campaign structures to identify winners.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to implement practical, data-backed improvements.
• Explore emerging advertising platforms to support long-term growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in running paid social campaigns, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Must possess a valid Austrian work permit.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid foundation in digital marketing principles and proficiency with analytical tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
