What you will do

• Manage the roadmap for P&C products, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and easy to purchase online.
• Use data to identify friction points in the application process and work with Design and Tech to improve conversion rates.
• Support the launch of our digital proposition into new European markets, adapting local requirements into our scalable core platform.
• Coordinate between Insurance, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Ops to ensure a unified product vision and smooth execution.
• Track loss ratios, retention, and customer feedback to iterate on the product and pricing strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-growth startup or strategy consulting (Insurance, Fintech, or E-commerce preferred).
• Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with Excel/data tools and use metrics to back up your decisions.
• Product Curiosity: You don't need to be a coder, but you should be excited about how APIs, automated underwriting, and LLMs can transform insurance.
• Bias for Action: You prefer "shipping and iterating" over "analyzing and waiting."
• Excellent English skills (Dutch, German, or French is a major plus given our European footprint).
• A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
