What you will do

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for advanced analytics, statistical design, and measurement strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to lead high-impact analytics initiatives.
• Synthesize complex findings into cohesive narratives to deliver actionable recommendations for clients.
• Develop and own long-term measurement roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance on Generative and Predictive AI projects and automated data pipelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure high-quality delivery on schedule.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of professional experience in a data science or quantitative analytics field.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation.
• Proven experience in an agency or consultative environment with client-facing responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
• Expertise in digital advertising measurement, attribution modeling, and ad-tech ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
