Salary: $169,500 — $254,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design quality and evolution of UI components, design tokens, and documentation.
• Establish component lifecycle governance and quality review processes.
• Manage the design backlog, triage requests, and partner with Product teams on roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to resolve implementation friction and ensure production readiness.
• Develop strategies to drive system adoption and measurement.
• Coach and develop designers, fostering a culture of systems thinking and craft excellence.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform design system experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing designers.
• Deep knowledge of design system governance and component lifecycle management.
• Ability to shape roadmaps and manage priorities with Product and Engineering partners.
• Expertise in accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience working on consumer gaming or media products.
• Experience with distributed or global teams.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and CSS.
