UX Designer

What you will do

• Lead the creative process from concept to delivery within a multidisciplinary product team.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, researchers, and developers to ensure product excellence.
• Shape key customer-facing interfaces including self-service portals, mobile app features, and AI-driven chatbots.
• Actively contribute to the broader design community to improve internal processes and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX design.
• Strong command of UX patterns, design systems, and modern UI trends.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and Maze.
• Experience with end-to-end UX processes, from research to high-fidelity implementation.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage various stakeholders effectively.
• Proven background in agile development and scrum environments.
