Salary: 9 000 – 14 000 PLN net/month (full-time)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade component libraries and token structures.
• Architect token systems, managing multi-file Figma libraries and versioning.
• Lead design-to-dev handoff, providing specs and interaction notes.
• Maintain and evolve design system documentation.
• Conduct audits of existing systems and propose improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on design system work in a commercial or agency setting.
• Expert Figma skills: multi-file libraries, Figma Variables with modes, component architecture at scale.
• Solid command of design token architecture.
• Practical HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Accessibility in practice: WCAG AA implementation in components.
• English C1 - client-facing documentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tokens Studio or a design-to-code token pipeline.
• Storybook familiarity or ability to read JS/React component code.
• Multi-brand or white-label DS experience.
