What you will do
- Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the global HubSpot CRM instance.
- Maintain high data integrity, manage user access levels, and oversee complex platform integrations.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient system workflows.
- Define and enforce rigorous data governance standards to resolve inconsistencies.
- Train and support end-users across Sales, People, and Finance teams on platform best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and technical support escalations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or System Administration.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM administration, including complex workflows and pipelines.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and process design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders autonomously.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve operational productivity.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with HRIS or ERP system administration.
- Background in cybersecurity or fast-paced startup environments.
