What you will do

• Identify process gaps in the GTM systems and propose actionable improvements.
• Implement low-code automations using Salesforce Flows, HubSpot Workflows, and Slack Workflow Builder.
• Manage Jira tickets for troubleshooting and system bug resolution.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT and Engineering to map and support platform integrations.
• Research industry trends and new technologies to contribute to the GTM tech stack.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Engineering.
• Familiarity with the B2B SaaS business model and Sales/Marketing processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI tools to streamline workflows.
• English: Business proficiency required (French is a plus).
• Ability to work in a collaborative, Agile team environment.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or project experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Basic knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) or introductory SQL.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Apex, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
