What you will do

• Lead the recruitment process for senior-level and executive talent across the organization.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final hiring stages.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports on recruitment metrics and activity.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align hiring strategy with company vision.
• Ensure a consistently fair and high-quality experience for all candidates.

Requirements

• English: C1+ proficiency required
• 4+ years of professional recruitment experience in fast-paced or international environments.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for leadership roles (technical and non-technical).
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
• Location: Must reside in Poland, Romania, Brazil, or Colombia.

• Experience with high-volume hiring for software engineering roles in rapidly growing tech scale-ups.
