Talent Acquisition Specialist: Responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent, partnering with hiring managers and C-levels to understand staffing needs and manage the full-cycle recruitment process with an accent on improving the recruiting process using data and analyzing market trends. Focus on ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while meeting the company’s staffing requirements.

Location: Must be able to work onsite at our São Paulo office 4 days per week.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy.
• Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process using data and analyzing market trends.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit.
• Be a hirify.global ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience.
• Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams.
• Plan events, training, and workshops. Partner with the People team in rolling out new People programs and processes.

Requirements

• Degree from a strong academic institution.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, we use Greenhouse and Rippling at hirify.global.
• Able to work onsite at our São Paulo office 4 days per week.
