Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the fintech or tech industries.
• Fluent in English and Russian required for professional communication with clients and candidates.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful sourcing strategies and systems.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to articulate complex role value propositions.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven work approach with minimal supervision.
• Genuine curiosity and interest in deep-diving into the fintech space.
