What you will do
- Improve monthly leadership reporting by revamping marketing dashboards in Tableau for clarity and actionable impact.
- Enhance department-level reporting including page-level performance, keyword mapping for SEO, and website analytics.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate channel attribution by collaborating with tech, product, and data engineering teams.
- Develop and build competitive reporting tools to monitor and drive strategic marketing actions.
- Document key metrics and calculations to ensure accessibility for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage one intern and contribute to an inclusive, knowledge-sharing data analytics culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst specifically in Marketing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau.
- Deep understanding of channel attribution and web analytics datasets.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
- Familiarity with AI-based data analytics models.
- Ability to maintain data pipelines in BigQuery and manage data quality.
