What you will do

• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for campaign and channel performance tracking.
• Lead the delivery of recurring performance scorecards and provide expert analytical interpretation.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes to replace manual workflows.
• Analyze data from diverse sources including GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems through rigorous validation.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and document marketing KPIs and reporting standards.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in data, business, or marketing analytics.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Tableau including complex calculations.
• Strong experience with GA4, Salesforce, and HubSpot ecosystems.
• Advanced analytical skills in Excel.
• Proven ability to operate independently in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Previous experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or SaaS preferred.
