What you will do

• Drive local technology architecture and implement the IT and data strategy.
• Oversee IT governance, develop frameworks, and represent the IT function to the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate transformation programs, migrations, and operational model setups.
• Shape customer migrations and build a reliable, scalable, and resilient tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate across local and global teams, from Operations to Product.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with regulatory and security requirements in Peru, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, and risk management.
• 7+ years of experience in IT architecture within the finance industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
