Group Product Manager (Salesforce): Leading the product strategy and commercial success for the Core product group with an accent on creating a cohesive user experience across deployment and intelligence tools. Focus on building and coaching a high-performing product team, navigating organizational dynamics, and utilizing AI to solve complex user workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid role based in Cambridge, UK.

Salary: £120k–£155k

What you will do

Define and implement product strategy to turn individual modules into a seamless user experience.
Own the commercial success and market positioning of your product group in partnership with marketing and sales.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to achieve their best performance.
Report to the VP of Product and collaborate with CPO and Engineering leadership to drive business goals.
Identify and implement opportunities for using AI to improve complex deployment workflows.

Requirements

Must be based in or able to work from the UK.
Proven experience as a Group Product Manager, Product Director, or equivalent.
Strong background in strategy diagnosis and navigating organizational complexity.
Demonstrated success in working with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive commercial outcomes.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex problems.
Experience managing and coaching teams of 2-4 people.

Nice to have

Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Background in sales, customer success, or product marketing.
Experience scaling a product function by forming new teams.
Software engineering experience.
