What you will do
- Produce high-quality 3D assets including props, vehicles, weapons, and foliage in both realistic and stylized styles.
- Integrate assets into Unity3D or Unreal Engine, including setup of LODs, collisions, and dynamic objects.
- Ensure technical quality and optimization of assets to meet real-time engine constraints.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to maintain a coherent project-wide visual style.
- Manage asset delivery from hero models through lighting and implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist.
- Proficiency in hard surface and organic modeling.
- Expertise in texturing with Substance Designer and Substance Painter.
- Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity3D.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of PBR and rendering budgets.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Houdini for proceduralism.
- Skills in ZBrush or Mudbox.
- Knowledge of scripting (Python, C#, HLSL) or shader development.
