What you will do

• Produce high-quality photoreal 3D assets, including buildings, environment, and props, from concept to completion.
• Own the full production cycle: blockout, modeling, texturing, and final delivery.
• Handle technical implementation in UE5, including shader setup and blueprint support.
• Optimize assets for performance and memory using Nanite and AAA pipelines.
• Perform quality control and participate in regular feedback loops.
• Mentor junior and mid-level artists to ensure skill growth and project consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AAA 3D environment prop production.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender, plus ZBrush and Substance Painter/Designer.
• Strong technical expertise in UE5, including import pipelines, materials, and debugging.
• Deep understanding of AAA/Nanite workflows and performance optimization.
• English: B1 level or higher required for team communication.
• Must be located in Ukraine.
