What you will do

• Build, optimize, and scale robust backend systems using Node.js and SQL.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure design and operations across networking and servers.
• Ensure system architecture remains scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and business strategy.
• Promote engineering best practices and mentor team members in cloud and infrastructure competence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, ideally in finance.
• Solid experience with Node.js and SQL databases like Postgres.
• Experience designing, deploying, and monitoring solutions on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
• Must have EU work authorization.
• Must be able to work from the Stockholm office.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Python, Go, or GraphQL.
• Background in Kubernetes or DevOps using Github Actions.
