TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Rust): Bridging the gap between low-level code and cloud infrastructure, focusing on the customer journey after product purchase with an accent on seamless communication and data transfer between devices and cloud. Focus on designing and developing embedded systems software using Rust, collaborating with hardware engineers, software developers, and cloud engineers for seamless integration.

Location: Hybrid (Stockholm HQ)

What you will do

Design and develop embedded systems software using Rust and related tools, including pipelines, testing, and automation.
Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration between different layers of the system.

Requirements

Solid background in software development, ideally acquired within a product-focused company or startup environment.
Experience with software design and software design patterns.
At least 1-2 years of commercial experience with Rust.
Experience with Linux.
Agile methodologies/Scrum/Kanban.

Nice to have

Experience working with IoT, Bluetooth and wireless devices.
Experience in a product company and/or start-up environment.
Knowledge of databases (SQL/PostgreSQL, Redis).
DevOps understanding; maintaining own code (AWS).
Kubernetes/Docker & Terraform experience.
