What you will do

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary DevOps teams (80+ FTE) in the Netherlands and offshore.
• Ensure platform uptime, stability, and high performance in a mission-critical banking environment.
• Harmonize architecture and digital experience across mobile, web, and shared platform components.
• Oversee technology budget and vendor management for the digital platform.
• Drive adoption of standardized features and personalization capabilities across all digital tribes.
• Facilitate innovation and simplification to accelerate development cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands with the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
• 10+ years of experience in complex IT and software development environments.
• Proven track record in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership experience managing large-scale teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent organizational sensitivity and ability to navigate complex enterprise structures.
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating group-wide impact.
