What you will do
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary DevOps teams (80+ FTE) in the Netherlands and offshore.
- Ensure platform uptime, stability, and high performance in a mission-critical banking environment.
- Harmonize architecture and digital experience across mobile, web, and shared platform components.
- Oversee technology budget and vendor management for the digital platform.
- Drive adoption of standardized features and personalization capabilities across all digital tribes.
- Facilitate innovation and simplification to accelerate development cycles.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Netherlands with the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
- 10+ years of experience in complex IT and software development environments.
- Proven track record in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership experience managing large-scale teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent organizational sensitivity and ability to navigate complex enterprise structures.
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating group-wide impact.
