What you will do

• Drive the technology transformation strategy by acting as a liaison between banking departments and technology teams.
• Manage a technology workforce of approximately 15-20 engineers, focusing on capacity planning and competency development.
• Oversee tactical supplier management for critical SaaS outsourcing partners.
• Ensure technical delivery remains within defined risk posture and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Manage technology resourcing budgets and contribute to cost-effective operational planning.
• Guide product teams by defining desired architecture and enforcing standardized security policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work in a hybrid capacity from The Hague.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT or Engineering management roles.
• Strong background in SaaS supplier management and managing technical expertise teams.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and leading technology transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience within the Dutch financial sector is highly preferred.
