What you will do

• Architect and implement an AI-enabled, autonomous process layer across global business functions.
• Overhaul the existing enterprise system landscape to simplify legacy structures and ensure AI-first scalability.
• Lead a comprehensive redesign of Go-to-Market systems, data flows, and CRM architecture.
• Define and implement a world-class data strategy and governance to establish a single source of truth.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of System Integration Engineers while managing AI and data functions.
• Evaluate and negotiate with key technology vendors to ensure an efficient, cutting-edge tech stack.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leadership roles managing complex data, systems, and AI landscapes within high-growth companies.
• Strong architectural depth with technical credibility in APIs, IT systems, and database performance.
• Deep understanding of Go-to-Market dynamics, CRM architectures, and customer lifecycle data governance.
• Experience in strategic vendor management, including contract negotiation and cost-efficiency optimization.
• Seasoned people leadership skills with experience coaching teams in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
