What you will do

• Design and evolve the architecture of a cross-product platform for AI-driven software development.
• Define architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for shared platform services.
• Design integration patterns and interfaces between platform services, developer tools, and external systems.
• Ensure architectural decisions prioritize scalability, reliability, security, and observability.
• Drive key architectural decisions regarding service boundaries, data flows, identity, and policy.
• Collaborate with senior and staff engineers to translate requirements into coherent technical designs.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering and system design for complex, distributed systems.
• Experience defining or shaping the architecture of new platforms or large-scale systems.
• Ability to facilitate architectural alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience working in environments with evolving processes and standards.
• Motivation to build long-term foundational systems over short-term features.
• Must be based in or eligible to work from one of the listed European locations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments like AWS.
• Strong knowledge of networking, compute, and storage infrastructure.
