Solution Architect (Ride-hailing)

Location: Onsite in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

hirify.global is a global technology company operating a ride-hailing and super-app platform across 47 countries, with services including freight, delivery, intercity travel, and financial services.

What you will do

• Define architecture strategy and participate in system design and architectural decision-making with development teams.
• Develop long-term roadmaps for platform architecture and technology evolution.
• Audit key services, identify technical debt, and propose modernization strategies for high load and rapid product launches.
• Drive the development of architecture-related processes and define the technical vision with the CTO and other architects.
• Coordinate architectural collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent platform-level approaches.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing architectures for high-load distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of server-side and client-side architecture and their constraints.
• Excellent knowledge of modern technologies, particularly AWS.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.
