What you will do
- Manage and expand OEM account portfolios within the SE Asia region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans while maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines in CRM.
- Balance direct customer engagement with effective channel partner support.
- Deliver technical presentations to engineering and sourcing teams in collaboration with FAEs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Operations, to ensure service delivery.
- Track, report, and analyze key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore
- 7+ years of experience in OEM sales within industrial markets.
- Strong technical domain expertise in Datacenters, BESS, EV charging, or industrial automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to travel within the region up to 50% of the time.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
