What you will do

• Manage daily product compliance workloads by assessing and documenting BSA/AML and Sanctions risks.
• Evaluate new products and significant changes, communicating findings to compliance and leadership teams.
• Partner with engineering to translate regulatory requirements into effective system controls.
• Spearhead remediation efforts for any identified control failures.
• Track evolving regulatory standards and industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Develop training programs for stakeholders on compliance standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in product compliance or regulatory program management.
• Extensive knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulations.
• Advanced project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY or Palo Alto, CA.
