What you will do

• Drive product strategy and execution for the entire risk lifecycle including acquisition, underwriting, and fraud prevention.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, credit policy, and operations teams to ship scalable features.
• Define and track key performance indicators for credit performance and fraud mitigation effectiveness.
• Conduct customer research and usability studies to address friction points in the consumer lending journey.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Manage complex program deliverables from MVP through to large-scale implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Deep domain expertise in credit risk, identity verification, underwriting, and transaction monitoring.
• Proven ability to define product vision and roadmap in high-ambiguity environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, California.
