• Shape and drive AI for Developers strategy from ideation through shipping with strong ownership and coding across various stacks.
• Make pragmatic architectural and technical decisions balancing ambition with operability.
• Stay current on AI tooling landscape and balance innovation with measurable developer impact.
• Serve as a champion, expert, coach, and consultant to empower teams company-wide in AI adoption.
• Champion engineering excellence through high-quality code, design, and reliable systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive operational excellence for platform components.

Requirements

• Must live in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity.
• 5+ years industry experience or equivalent expertise.
• Experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms at scale.
• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to software development challenges.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Typescript, or Kotlin.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
