• Lead and mentor a team of domain-specific Engineering TPMs.
• Optimize the product development lifecycle by leveraging hirify.global and AI-driven tooling.
• Establish scalable systems for gathering qualitative market feedback, including Voice of Customer and Beta programs.
• Oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) program to ensure seamless launch readiness across GTM teams.
• Drive operational excellence in agile planning cycles and cross-functional product launches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, TPM, or Strategy & Operations.
• Proven background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong experience managing and mentoring diverse teams of managers and ICs.
• Expertise in operationalizing NPI frameworks and cross-functional product launches.
• Demonstrated ability to drive urgency and navigate ambiguity in complex organizational settings.
