What you will do
- Build and integrate AI tools, knowledge bases, and no-code workflows to automate customer support processes.
- Develop automated collections flows, including notifications and WhatsApp bots, to improve operational efficiency.
- Prototype internal dashboards and operational tooling using light coding and scripting.
- Utilize SQL to analyze customer and portfolio data, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Credit, and Fraud teams to bridge operations and technical development.
- Maintain a product-centric approach by testing, measuring, and iterating on operational solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico City or able to commute regularly to the office.
- Strong background in operations, product, analytics, or support engineering within tech or fintech.
- Hands-on technical skills, including SQL literacy and experience with API integrations.
- Experience building automations using no-code tools or light scripting/coding.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
- Deep empathy for customers and a willingness to perform manual operational tasks to gain insights.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in credit cards, lending, or risk operations.
- Start-up or scale-up operational experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
