What you will do

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI products and capabilities.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI requirements across data, models, integrations, and user workflows.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and enable iterative delivery.
• Define and track measurable business and model outcomes to ensure solutions deliver intended results.
• Embed Responsible AI and compliance by design.
• Serve as the primary business-facing owner, leading stakeholder alignment and driving adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of job-related experience or High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of the same job-related experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager delivering data, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into product requirements for AI/ML use cases.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Experience supporting AI/ML use case discovery and feasibility assessment.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and business case development.
• Background in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries.
