Industry Advisor, Cybersecurity (AI): Serving as a strategic executive advisor to enterprise clients for the secure adoption of AI systems with an accent on AI security strategy, risk governance, and compliance. Focus on representing the company in executive forums and bridging industry security priorities with internal product and safety teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (Hybrid: 25%+ in-office required)

Compensation: $1–$2 USD (OTE range)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise CISOs, CIOs, and Boards on AI security frameworks and risk governance.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, regulatory roundtables, and executive briefings.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Policy teams to align customer security needs with product roadmaps.
• Guide customers through the development of AI security policies and acceptable use frameworks.
• Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers and expert commentary on AI and cybersecurity trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Prior experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or equivalent senior security executive.
• Proven track record leading large-scale security transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional executive presence with experience presenting to Boards and government officials.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, cloud security, and risk management frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
