Focus on operationalizing machine learning models and optimizing large-scale data pipelines to support AI-driven clinical insights.

What you will do

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured clinical data.
Architect cloud-native data systems in AWS to support analytics and machine learning workflows.
Operationalize and productionize machine learning models developed by Data Science teams.
Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance across the platform.
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of large-scale data ecosystems.
Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, or EMR.
Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines in cloud environments.
Experience supporting machine learning or AI workflows in production.

Nice to have

Experience with AI/ML data pipelines or generative AI workflows.
Background in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research.
Experience working with medical imaging data or complex healthcare data structures.
