What you will do

• Collaborate with Growth and Insights teams to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and run growth experiments.
• Build predictive models and end-to-end forecasting pipelines optimizing model accuracy and scalability.
• Innovate new techniques in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining to unlock product opportunities.
• Establish best practices for event tracking, testing frameworks, and data collection for scalable insights.
• Promote a scientific culture by enabling data-driven discussions and translating model outputs into business narratives.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a quantitative field
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
• Experience with probabilistic forecasting, time-series analysis, and A/B test design and evaluation
• Advanced experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Ability to productionize ML models with maintainable and scalable code
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
