What you will do

• Coordinate customer onboarding for marketing campaigns, websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce products across cross-functional teams.
• Lead kick-off and onboarding calls to assist clients with platform setup, including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, and Google My Business.
• Manage task timelines to ensure efficient progress from setup phase to live campaign launch.
• Utilize AI tools to refine marketing outputs, including ad copy, creative briefs, and website content drafts.
• Build automations using Zapier and native AI workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and optimize intake/routing.
• Continuously test new AI platforms to improve service consistency, quality, and speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in website coordination, social media coordination, technical customer support, or marketing.
• 1+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills.
• Experience or strong interest in applying new AI advancements to marketing workflows.
