What you will do

- Lead kick-off and technical setup calls to manage client expectations and provide platform guidance.
- Use AI tools to generate marketing outputs, creative briefs, and content drafts to improve project speed.
- Build automations with tools like Zapier to streamline intake, routing, and task generation.
- Manage website assets and sitemaps while ensuring consistent updates for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Brief internal creative teams and stakeholders on project requirements and status.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in website/social media coordination, marketing, or technical customer support.
- 1+ years of experience in project management.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills required.
- Strong ability to manage external stakeholders and collaborate across functional teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity regarding AI advancements and practical experience or project work demonstrating this interest.
