What you will do

• Architect and maintain robust data pipelines using tools like Glue, Databricks, Synapse, or Dataproc.
• Cleanse, normalize, and transform raw data to ensure quality and availability for strategic decision-making.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data solutions to ensure data remains fresh and impactful.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify data quality issues and insights.
• Monitor and optimize both relational and NoSQL database performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in cloud modernization.
• Proven expertise in data mining, storage, and ETL processes.
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL, DB2, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in developing data pipelines using modern cloud-based tooling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with Data Modeling and conceptual architecture.
• Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Data Engineering).
