Database Developer Engineer

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize SQL and NoSQL queries across various platforms including MariaDB, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with developers to understand and address database-related needs and technical challenges.
• Conduct deep database system analysis to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system design and query optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in database development or administration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases and query languages.
• Experience with MariaDB, Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, and InfluxDB.
• Programming knowledge in Python and .NET.
• Ability to guide software engineers in optimizing database performance through query structuring.
