What you will do

• Architect breakthrough Responsible AI solutions that establish industry benchmarks for model safety and trustworthiness.
• Develop and train advanced LLMs to eliminate false information and understand nuanced human values across diverse cultures.
• Design automated testing and evaluation systems to hunt for vulnerabilities and proactively fix production issues.
• Translate frontier research into high-performance, production-ready systems serving millions of users.
• Review critical deployment decisions and guide go/no-go calls for new AI features.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence in AI safety.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in a business context.
• Deep expertise in state-of-the-art NLP, Large Language Models, and deep learning methods.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling production-level ML systems.
