Location: Must be based in Denver, Colorado (Hybrid, 3 days/week on-site)

Salary: $125,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and build innovative GenAI-based products.
• Develop solutions using GenAI techniques to optimize internal company processes.
• Research, evaluate, and document new AI technologies and market trends.
• Act as a company expert and evangelist for responsible generative AI adoption.
• Mentor and coach developers to improve GenAI skills and technical knowledge.
• Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code following security and design best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with strong backend competence.
• 1+ years of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vectorization.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET/.NET Core and Python (LangChain/LangGraph).
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and unit testing frameworks.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Denver, Colorado.
• Ability to work on-site at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Competence with Semantic Kernel or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with random forest and histogram gradient modeling.
