Salary: $110,000–$164,000 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Translate oversight requirements into technical specifications for automated and AI-enabled financial crime controls.
• Manage financial crime dashboards and metrics pipelines to monitor system performance and data accuracy.
• Lead the implementation of third-party integrations and transaction monitoring systems.
• Coordinate technical delivery across engineering, product, and compliance teams.
• Implement logging and instrumentation to support regulatory audits and exams.
• Tune rules and thresholds for AML and KYC processes to ensure effective risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Denver, San Francisco, or New York offices.
• 6+ years of experience in technical program delivery or engineering enablement within regulated fintech or financial services.
• Experience supporting AML transaction monitoring and screening systems.
• Proficiency in translating regulatory mandates into scalable technical architectures.
• Strong background in data pipelines, monitoring infrastructure, and system integrations.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with regulatory remediation and audit processes.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization, or automation platforms.
• Professional certification such as CAMS.
