What you will do

• Lead software engineering teams through the full development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of scalable technical solutions.
• Define and refine technical architecture, championing best practices and continuous refactoring.
• Mentor team members to grow both technical and soft skills through structured learning plans and constant feedback.
• Anticipate and remove team impediments to enable high-velocity delivery.
• Collaborate with business partners to define and track metrics measuring project and service-level objectives.
• Establish plans for budgets, resources, and tool selection to align with broader business goals.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software development required.
• Strong expertise in architecture, design, and implementation using languages such as Java, C#, or Go.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native practices (Azure DevOps, Terraform).
• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering projects and personnel.
• Superior organizational and communication skills for interacting with senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Arlington, TX.
