Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience including significant leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing engineering managers or multiple cross-functional teams.
- Deep technical background in distributed systems and software architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex technical initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Strong communication skills for aligning stakeholders across various teams and geographies.
- Must be based in the US and capable of working onsite 4 days per week.
