What you will do

• Define and own the architecture of the engineering delivery platform, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
• Lead the migration and implementation of GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions with reusable workflows.
• Architect and manage secrets strategies using HashiCorp Vault.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Establish containerisation standards with Docker to support consistent environments.
• Champion self-service practices and provide technical leadership across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 12+ years of technical experience in software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in organization-wide platform initiatives and CI/CD redesigns.
• Strong coding proficiency in statically typed languages like C# or Java.
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Deep understanding of DevOps security practices including SAST and supply chain security.
