 Looking for a Senior/Principal DevOps / Platform Engineer who takes ownership of a production platform in a high‑load HealthTech environment:

AWS (mandatory), Kubernetes/EKS (multi‑region), Terraform/Helm, advanced CI/CD, observability, and security in a regulated environment.

This is not a “maintaining pipelines” role, but a position where you define standards for the entire platform: EKS cluster architecture, observability approach, release strategies, security guardrails, and collaboration with security/compliance.

 We are not looking for a blockchain developer, but for an engineer who has lived in an environment of distributed systems, high availability, and “security first,” where incidents are measured in money and reputation. If you have maintained production infrastructure for DEX/CEX or custodial solutions (nodes, RPC, wallets, key infrastructure), this experience translates almost directly to a medical platform with high reliability and privacy requirements.
 
 About us
 We are a global HealthTech company. Our AI assistant for doctors processes over 2 million medical consultations per week in ~100 countries. The infrastructure runs on AWS and Azure, with Kubernetes (EKS) at its core. We operate in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001.
 
 Tech stack

•  Cloud: AWS (mandatory), Azure (strong plus).
•  Orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS, multi‑region, production‑grade).
•  IaC & Packaging: Terraform (complex modules), Helm (charts, best practices).
•  CI/CD: GitHub Actions / GitLab CI (pipelines, secure releases, canary/blue‑green).
•  Observability: Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenTelemetry, building alerts and dashboards.
•  Security & Compliance: K8s hardening, secrets management, audit, work in a regulated environment.

 
 What we offer

 What you will be doing

•  Defining the platform’s technical standards (Terraform modules, Helm charts, observability approach) that all product teams will use for the next 2–3 years.
•  Taking a leading role in key architectural decisions for scaling the platform and passing audits (SOC2/ISO/HIPAA).
•  Managing multi‑region EKS clusters, balancing performance, fault tolerance, and security.
•  Implementing and automating security & compliance practices across all platform levels.
•  Creating self‑service tools for developers (service templates, secrets management, ephemeral environments).

 
 What we want to see in a candidate

•  Production operation and development of infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
•  Deep proficiency with Terraform and Helm for managing long‑lived systems.
•  Building and maintaining CI/CD (GitHub Actions/ GitLab CI), secure release practices.
•  Setting up an observability stack (metrics, logs, traces) for diagnostics and alerting.
•  Understanding of security principles in cloud and K8s (RBAC, network policies, secrets).
•  Experience working in a regulated WEB3 environment is mandatory.
•  Experience with secure, highly available systems for Web3 infrastructure (DEX, CEX, custodial solutions).

 
 Key mindset

•  You are more interested in evolving and strengthening a platform (brownfield) than constant greenfield work and rewriting everything every six months.
•  You calmly troubleshoot complex incidents in distributed systems under load and address the root cause, not just the symptoms.
•  You automate everything possible, not for the sake of toys, but for reduced risk and predictable operations.
•  You are comfortable in an English‑speaking environment: syncs, documentation, architectural discussions — all in English (C1+).

 
 Will be a strong plus

•  Practical experience with multi‑cloud (AWS + Azure).
•  Experience in building platform engineering (internal developer portals, standards, self‑service).
•  Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2 standards.
