• Champion exceptional user experience solutions across hirify.global products.
• Conduct user testing and interviews to discover unmet needs and drive innovation.
• Create high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Translate complex systems into tangible UI concepts.
• Contribute to our shared design system.
• Partner with engineering teams to bring user-centered design solutions to market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product design or UX design role on SaaS products with a B2B focus.
• Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools, specifically Figma.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Previous experience working with developers, product managers, and designers.
• Demonstrated visual design skills and ability to solve complex user problems.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes across desktop, mobile, and native apps.
