What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for a major area within the Wholesale Network platform.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers to foster strong product judgment.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure cohesive, scalable product experiences.
• Support teams in discovery, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and navigate complex tradeoffs.
• Champion the voice of merchants and suppliers across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management roles within software companies.
• Proven experience leading and developing other Product Managers.
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution across multiple teams.
• Experience with technically complex products involving structured data, integrations, or platform systems.
• Strong product judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with retail, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
• Experience building or scaling platform capabilities.
• Experience working with both SMB and enterprise customers.
