What you will do

• Partner with the Group Head of Product to define and operationalize product strategy, objectives, and long-term goals.
• Establish the organizational operating rhythm, including planning cycles, OKRs, and business reviews.
• Monitor portfolio performance, investment allocation, and capacity to ensure data-informed decision-making.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to governance, processes, and decision-making effectiveness.
• Prepare high-level narratives, briefing materials, and recommendations for executive and Board-level forums.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, business operations, or consulting within complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of modern product development, portfolio management, and cross-functional delivery models.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex information, and influence leadership without direct authority.
• Comfort with financial concepts, metrics, and data analysis to support investment trade-offs.
• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business domains.
